You will gain hands-on experience in prototyping, data and model evaluation, and product discovery, all centered on meaningful healthcare challenges. The role ensures significant exposure to executive leadership and strategic topics at the intersection of AI and clinical workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesAs an AI Innovation Intern, you will contribute to both **Gleamer Voice** and broader innovation topics:**1. Gleamer Voice – Core Mission*** **Data & Knowledge Bases:** Help build, clean, and structure datasets (audio, transcripts, reports, templates, guidelines) for training and evaluation.* **Model Evaluation:** Design and run tests for our speech-to-text, language, and agent models (quality, robustness, safety).* **AI Agent Design:** Contribute to agents that interpret radiologists’ intentions and oral commands and turn them into structured, personalized reports.* **Product Experiments:** Prototype and test new Voice features, summarizing results into clear recommendations for the team.**2.
