Dans le cadre du plan de développement de l'activité Paris - IDF, nous cherchons à renforcer l'équipe avec des experts médians. Sous la supervision du responsable d'unité, vous serez missionné par les sociétés d'assurances pour prendre en charge les expertises des assurés particuliers, immeubles, et collectivités. Votre mission En lien avec l’assistant(e) qui vous sera dédié(e), vous gérerez un portefeuille de sinistres assignés, en utilisant nos outils et processus. Vous estimerez les dommages subis et rédigerez des rapports d'expertise détaillés. Vous communiquerez en permanence l'état des réclamations, les conclusions et les solutions avec le client. Vous préparerez et publiera le rapport final dans les délais requis. Votre profil Issu d'une formation dans le Bâtiment ou en Assurance, vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle. Le niveau TEA (Technicien Expert Assurance) est un plus, ou vous souhaitez l’obtenir. Vous savez gérer les priorités, vous aimez la relation clients et vous avez envie de travailler en équipe.
