We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Application Support Build and Deployment Specialist with experience in CI/CD Kubernetes OpenShift Docker and ServiceMesh technologies to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development deployment and support of applications in an on-premises VMware environment.What will you be doing in this role:Design build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Ansible Jenkins and Argo CD for efficient and automated software deployment.Provide deployment support across environments leveraging Red Hat Cluster Manager for orchestration and Openshift/Kubernetes for containerization and application deployment.Work with Docker and Openshift to build deploy and manage containerized applications.Configure and support ServiceMesh technology ensuring secure and efficient service communication in microservices architectures.Handle deployments and builds in an on-prem VMware environmentParticipate in design discussions and provide technical recommendations for CI/CD infrastructure and application deployment.Provide ongoing support for applications after deployment including troubleshooting monitoring and optimization.Leverage tools such as SonarQube for quality assurance ensuring the integrity and security of deployed code.Provide hands‑on support to the deployment team including participating in troubleshooting sessions and reviewing infrastructure‑related documentation.Interpret the application development operations and infrastructure implications of proposed solutions.Utilize architect solutions to implement end-to-end technology solutions that address client business challenges.Assess and optimize IT infrastructure operations and service delivery to improve efficiency and performance.Assist in designing and managing the implementation of new technologies ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this positionProven experience withOpenShiftand container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes Docker).Strong expertise inCI/CD pipelinesand tools such asJenkins GitHub Actions Helm and ArgoCD.Hands‑on experience withAnsible(as a user or developer) for automation.Familiarity withArtifactory SonarQube and related DevOps tools.Solidtroubleshooting skillswith the ability to resolve issues across build deployment and runtime.Working knowledge ofpublic cloud platforms particularlyAzure(AWS experience a plus).Knowledge ofservice mesh (Istio)andKafkais an advantage.Experience withinfrastructure-as-code tools(Terraform).Background in on-premises environments (e.g. VMware).Scripting experience (Bash Python) for automation and troubleshooting.Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team environments.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural international teams.Key Skills: ASP.NET, Health Education, Fashion Designing, Fiber, InvestigationEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
