Technical Coordinator

**Your Role**Gensler’s Paris Office is seeking a **Technical Coordinator** to join our Workplace Studios. You will be a Revit genius who will be responsible for initiating the technical solutions to best meet the client and design briefs. You will be experienced in handling the technical process, with excellent communication and team relationship skills, and the ability to understand and interpret client, designer and contractor’s needs and requirements.**What You Will Do**As a Technical Coordinator, you will tap into your boundless creativity to design unique professional environments, providing technical support for completion and execution of projects, working on all project stages.* Design and deliver design projects with a focus on Workplace design and delivery* Operate across multiple projects simultaneously working in diverse teams to deliver major projects* Work with our wider offices and consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions* Initiate the technical solutions which best meet the client’s brief* Support the team in detailed technical development of design and technical input during the preparation and execution of construction documents and on site* Support the team in collaboration with the Design Manager and Designer colleagues* Responsible for making the technical team aware of current building legislation and the Quality Management System* Help with the technical aspects of the project team and oversee all phases* Manage the design team towards a cohesive and rational technical solution which conforms to the project brief and is technically, legally and financially responsible**Your Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in design, detailing and/or construction practice* Practical knowledge of French building regulations* Expert knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software* Experience in the design and delivery of architectural projects is essential, experience in Workplace design and delivery an advantage.* You will have extensive knowledge of industrial construction techniques and be capable of working across multiple projects* Capable of working in Revit environment to BIM Level 2 standards* Articulate, passionate and persuasive communicator able to convey BIM concepts to all levels of design and delivery professionals and clients* Team player with leadership skills with a flexible and open attitude* The ability to support a team with good collaboration skills* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently* Fluency in French & EnglishThis job description reflects the core activities of the role although there will be changes in the emphasis of duties as required from time to time.Please apply for this **Technical Coordinator** role and submit your CV and brief portfolio for review.Candidates who do not meet the criteria, or provide work samples will not be considered.If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with Gensler and need special assistance due to a disability, or accommodation for a disability, please provide details in your application.**Life at Gensler**We encourage every person at Gensler to lead a healthy and balanced life. Vous avez une solide expérience dans la gestion des aspects techniques d’un projet, **ou la volonté d'apprendre aux côtés de nos coordinateurs techniques,** d’excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe, ainsi qu’une capacité à comprendre et interpréter les besoins des clients, des designers et des entreprises. ## **Vos Missions**En tant que **Dessinateur Technique**, vous exploiterez votre créativité pour concevoir des environnements professionnels uniques, en apportant un soutien technique tout au long du développement et de l’exécution des projets, et en intervenant à toutes les étapes.* Livrer des projets avec un accent particulier sur l’aménagement des espaces de travail .* Travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément au sein d’équipes variées afin de mener à bien des projets d’envergure.* Collaborer avec nos bureaux internationaux et nos équipes de conseil pour développer des solutions techniques innovantes.* Initier des solutions techniques optimales répondant aux exigences du client.* Assister l’équipe dans le développement technique détaillé des conceptions et l’élaboration des documents de construction.* Soutenir l’équipe en produisant des plans de synthèse et de détail sous la coordination du Design Manager et des autres designers.* Participer à la veille technique et à ce que l’équipe technique soit informée des réglementations en vigueur et duSystème de Gestion de la Qualité**.*** Assurer le suivi technique du projet et participer à toutes ses phases.* Accompagner l’équipe de conception pour garantir une solution technique cohérente et conforme au cahier des charges du projet, en tenant compte des aspects techniques, légaux et financiers.## **Votre Profil*** ## Diplôme en Architecture, en Technologie Architecturale, **Baccalauréat professionnel dessinateur, école de dessin technique, école d'ingénieur** ou équivalent, avec une expérience démontrée en conception, en dessin technique et/ou en suivi de chantier.* Connaissance pratique des réglementations du bâtiment en France.* Maîtrise experte et expérience avérée sur Autodesk Revit et les logiciels BIM associés.* Expérience essentielle dans la conception et la livraison de projets architecturaux, une spécialisation en **synthèse sur les espaces de** Workplace design étant un atout.* Solide connaissance des techniques de construction industrielle, avec la capacité de travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois.* Capacité à travailler dans un environnement Revit conforme aux normes BIM Niveau 2.* Communicateur passionné et convaincant, capable d’expliquer les concepts BIM à différents niveaux (conception, exécution, clients).* Esprit d’équipe et compétences en leadership, avec une attitude ouverte et flexible.* Capacité à soutenir une équipe avec un bon sens de la collaboration.* Capacité àtravailler sous pression et à respecter les délais efficacement.* Maîtrise du français,**la maitrise de l'anglais serait un atout de taille*** **Poste également ouvert aux juniors ou a une première expérience professionnelle qui souhaitent s'engager dans la synthèse de plans et le dessin technique en architecture**#LI-MS2At Gensler, the value of our work stems from its positive impact on the human experience.
