In a nutshellThe main objective of this position is to analyse the business requirements defining the functional architecture impacts on the information systems. Keeping all connected program teams and their associated application conceptually and timewise aligned.Where you will be based and what business you will supportBased in Nantes France ; you will support our Eurofins Digital Online team which is managing multiple eCommerce products. The team is continuously expanding and improving the applications to meet business demand and improve customer satisfaction.How can you help usEssential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesInteract with stakeholders to map business requirements into functional solutions that optimally balance cost speed of implementation and value.Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Product Owners to create high-level solution designs.Develop functional design specifications and business process maps that document project plans production systems.Identify analyse and communicate architecture and integration options and make recommendations to management.Design and maintain the functional domain.Design and maintain the necessary service contracts.Document best practices and solution blueprints.Ensure that designed solutions are successfully implemented.Ensure that designed solutions are conceptually aligned.Support the business in validating the solution.Train members of the team in the latest best practices and design approaches.Maintain the overall vision of the functions and features of the applications in scope.What can we do for youA competitive salary package including bonus and benefitsExtensive on-the-job coaching and training opportunitiesChallenges within a multi-cultural and cross-regional team as part of the international and fast-growing Eurofins organizationA dynamic working environment with a good team spirit where personal development and growth are highly encouraged.QualificationsAre you our kind of extraordinaryType and duration of previous experience8 years of experience in business or functional analyst roles or equivalent.Strong experience in Business and Functional Analysis (5 years or more)Good experience in Functional Architecture (2 years or more)Functional / Technical skillsDetail orientedExcellent analytical written and communication skills.Excellent hands‑on experience in the Requirements management.Strong experience in domain‑driven analysisGood knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture style and principlesDeep working knowledge of UMLStrong conceptual thinker able to work at high level of abstractionExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a complex international environmentAbility to motivate and influence othersAbility to manage multiple projects / tasks concurrently and drive them to completionLanguage skills and level expectedEnglish (fluent) required.French / German appreciated.What else should you knowAs the role and Eurofins teams are international please ensure to submit your application in English Language .We support your development Do you feel you dont match 100% of the requirements Dont hesitate to apply anyway Eurofins companies are committed to supporting your career development.Eurofins network of companies believe in strength and innovation through diversity.
