OverviewJoin our telehealth platform ‘Intellect' as a Physical Fitness Trainer, where you will provide customised workout plans and consultations based on our clients' lifestyle and goals. These fitness sessions are conducted primarily through scheduled 30-minute video sessions on our platform. With this role, we seek to partner with certified fitness coaches and trainers to build a community that's dedicated to bringing a holistic approach to both mental and physical health to the public. This is a freelance remote role with the flexibility to decide your business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can still be considered. This role is a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice.ResponsibilitiesDeliver fitness training and guidance virtually to clients through both text-based consultations or video-consultationsAdapt and tailor fitness programs to meet individual client needs, taking into consideration their fitness levels, goals, and any limitationsCollaborate on innovative fitness programs and contentBuild strong client relationships through effective communicationStay updated with fitness trends for continuous improvementRespond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retentionQualificationsProven relevant work experience as a Physical Fitness TrainerBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related fieldCertified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organisationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex fitness conceptsStrong content creation skills, including the ability to produce engaging video content and written materialsEmpathetic and client-focused approach to training, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goalsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environmentProficiency in using fitness tracking software, video conferencing tools, and other relevant technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
