As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple European and APAC countries, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and retain top-tier talent while promoting Antech and Mars as an employer of choice. This role operates within the Antech / Mars Science and Diagnostics Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with stakeholders across EU and APAC. The position requires strong collaboration and influencing skills and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for all roles across assigned clusters / business verticalsPartner with business leaders to define hiring strategies aligned with organizational goalsServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends and best practicesDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelinesCoach hiring managers on hiring and interviewing techniques and candidate assessmentMonitor labor market trends and provide insights to influence workforce planningEnsure compliance with global TA processes and local labor regulationsLeverage Workday ATS and recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisionsSupport employer branding initiatives and represent Antech at industry eventsCollaborate with People & Organization Business Partners on talent strategies and succession planningQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or global environmentExpertise in sourcing strategies and talent market analysisStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsExperience with Workday ATS preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressureFluency in French or German REQUIRED; both preferredAdditional European languages are a plusProficiency in MS Office and recruitment toolsAbout AntechAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
