MissionsSELLA Conseils recrute pour le compte de son client, acteur majeur dans le domaine de la cybersécurité un(e) Security Manager (H/F).Conscient que sa force découle aujourd’hui de la diversité et du niveau d’expertise de ses consultants et experts qu’il recrute et afin d’accompagner son développement, notre client recherche un(e) security manager au sein de la direction Contrôle, Surveillance et Réaction.Cette direction dispose de la première base de threat intelligence d’Europe (1er CERT privé). Elle anticipe les menaces et assure la défense des actifs vitaux de ses clients pour dévier, contenir, et riposter aux attaques visant les organisations que notre client accompagne. Ainsi, les services sont autour :De la surveillance des évènements de sécurité (SIEM, SOC/CyberSOC, réponse à incident)De l’anticipation des risques et du développement de solutions (audit technique, R&D)De l’analyse de vulnérabilités et du renseignement (lutte anti-phishing et e-réputation)Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié entre le client et les équipes opérationnelles du CyberSOC. Vous assurez un suivi régulier des incidents de sécurité traités et des plans de remédiation associés. Vous êtes force de proposition sur les moyens de détection en place et participez à l’amélioration des analyses du CyberSOC. Vous pouvez intervenir ponctuellement sur des activités d’expertise, telles que les analyses approfondies ou investigations poussées dans le contexte du client.Vous aurez la responsabilité de :Fournir un rapport sécurité mensuel conforme aux attentes de votre client,Gérer la pertinence des évènements corrélés et des alertes générées par la solution SIEM,Garantir la cohérence des analyses du CyberSOC, vis-à-vis du contexte client,Proposer un plan d’amélioration sur les moyens de détection en place,Revoir les processus de gestion des incidents de sécurité,Piloter les comités de suivi.Vous assurez également la fonction de point de contact privilégié pour la partie MCO/MCS des solutions de détection, dont le SIEM :Suivi des vulnérabilités et des incidents majeurs vus par le SOC.ProfilVous êtes rigoureux, organisé et dynamique. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des chiffres et des procédures.Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac + 5, d’une école d’Ingénieur.Vous disposez d’une double compétence en sécurité/IT, et vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en chefferie de projets ou suivi d’activité.Vous avez déjà travaillé au sein d’une équipe opérationnelle et vous êtes en capacité de conjuguer vos compétences techniques avec vos compétences fonctionnelles.Vous avez une aisance relationnelle, un bon esprit d’équipe, vous faites preuve d’initiative et vous avez le sens des responsabilités.Vous avez entre autres des compétences en :Expertise Sécurité (par exemple : certification CISSP),Expérience de l’exploitation des plateformes de Sécurité,Relation Client,Partenaire de confiance du client : contrat, expérience client, qualité de service sécurité,A l’écoute du client pour l’accompagner, lui prescrire des prestations ponctuelles afin de renforcer la sécurité,Amélioration continue de la politique de sécurité, Audit, Plan de secours, Capacity Planning.Vous bénéficiez également d’une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise (écrit et oral).CDILocalisation : ParisRémunération : 75K€ en package #J-18808-Ljbffr
