Job Title: Payroll Specialist Position: Payroll Specialist at Veralto, located in France and remote. Overview As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, supporting payroll processes for French and other EMEA associates, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments. Responsibilities Manage caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and executing transactions. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, input data, and ensure timely salary payments in compliance with statutory regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities, updating HRIS and sharing hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes accurately. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and document procedures, ensuring internal controls are in place. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile accounts with finance, and prepare annual financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country knowledge welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with strong collaboration skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Location France (remote). Full‑time.
