Role Overview Talent Scientist – EMEA (Home based) Key Responsibilities Develop a search strategy for senior talent, ensuring a smooth pipeline for head‑hunted candidates. Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes and become experts at attracting exceptional talent. Drive talent analytics, using SQL or Python to provide real‑time insights and trend analysis. Conduct in‑depth behavioural interviews, providing insights into motivations and behaviours. Build relationships with global stakeholders to deliver on our hiring agenda and maintain consistency in operational processes. Seek continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes. Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring and ensuring sourcing strategies support this goal. Required Qualifications Professional experience of headhunting senior talent in the technology industry, either from a reputable executive search firm or an in‑house search function. Exposure to psychometric assessments. Strong analytical problem‑solving ability, proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis. Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders. Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or a people‑based subject, with a strong level of maths from high school. Excellent personal organisation for remote work and effectiveness. Willingness to travel to company events 2‑4 times a year for up to two weeks each. Additional Skills You May Bring Advanced analytical and statistical analysis of data. Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
