Staff Verification Engineer

Job OverviewOur Solution Engineering division develops IPs for various SoC projects, using TPIP products from other vendors. We are looking for a creative and hard-working Senior Verification Engineer to verify RTL implementing upcoming features in the ARM SoC, ensuring both new functionality and existing features meet architectural requirements.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the RTL team to understand microarchitecture detailsDevelop new verification environments and enhance existing verification environments, including stimulus generators, and checkersVerify new features function as specified and do not impact existing functionalityImplement verification strategies in partnership with other verification engineersContribute to continuous improvement in verification methodology based on learningsMentor early-tenure verification engineersQualificationsIn addition to bringing your accomplishment of either Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar related field, you will demonstrate:Required Skills and ExperienceMore than 5 years of proven experience in an IP/SOC verificationAdvanced proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog, with deep knowledge of UVM Methodology.Solid understanding of SoC Verification using C TestcasesExperience writing verification plan and test plan.Experience with Testbench development using any standard verification methodologyExperience with ARM-based designs and/or ARM System ArchitecturesExperience with Perl, Python or other scripting languageStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi-functional and geographically distributed teams to accomplish tasksNice to Have Skills and ExperienceExperience with AMBA protocols (CHI, AXI, AHB, APB), JTAG/SW/TAP.Experience with power, clock domain crossing, and reset domain crossingExposure to low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF).Experience with DFT concepts : Scan tests and Mbist testsAccommodations at ArmAt Arm, we want to build extraordinary teams.
