Our company has a strong international background, with sales offices strategically located around the world.Ekinops is also recognized for its ESG commitments with its rating in the EthiFinance ESG Ratings 2024 report and its Silver Medal awarded by EcoVadis.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be in charge, from Opportunity Review (GR0) till End of Life (GR4) of the product industrialization, within the Quality, cost and Delays targets defined by the Product Manager, at the beginning of the project :Developing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient operationsCommunicating with engineering staff to determine possible design changes to improve efficiency or manufacturabilityReviewing and conducting production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met and work is progressing steadilyOverseeing the development of products from concept to production by communicating with clients, reviewing designs, overseeing engineering plans, and ensuring that all materials are available for productionOrganizing and overseeing the implementation of new production methods or processes to improve quality and secure the mass production.Education level & general experience5 years minimum in a similar positionExperience in Industrial Project ManagementDegree in ManufacturingExperienced in circuit boards and electromechanical productsFluent in EnglishERP knowledge (SAP is a must)Behavioural indicatorsAbility to support pressureAbility to plan and coordinate multiple activities at the same timeTeam working aptitudeRigorous and methodicalPackage : Fix + BonusHybrid work options (up to 2 days remote per week)Recruitment processAt Ekinops, we believe diversity makes us stronger We hire talents based on skills, experience, and potential-nothing else.
