Compliance services: Our ComplyLog products simplify EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for issuers and professional advisors, supporting the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Role and Key Accountabilities As a Solution Architect, you will define and drive the architectural vision for Euronext Corporate Services (ECS) products, focusing on scalable cloud‑native solutions in Azure. You will lead the design of data‑driven, Kubernetes‑based microservices and guide teams in adopting best practices. Collaborating with engineers, vendors and consultants, you will ensure robust, future‑proof architectures that support business growth. Define and maintain the architectural vision for ECS products, ensuring alignment with scalability, data integration and cloud infrastructure goals. Design end‑to‑end solutions leveraging Azure and Kubernetes, enabling data‑driven microservices at scale. Produce high‑quality architectural documentation, including high‑level and low‑level designs, target‑state diagrams and architectural roadmaps. Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices, ensuring solutions are well‑structured, maintainable and secure. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and consultants to align on architecture choices and navigate the architecture approval process. Champion data integration initiatives that combine historical and external data sources into a unified, reusable data platform for various applications. Ensure architecture decisions support future scaling, maintainability and performance across ECS products. Mentor developers and technical leads, promoting a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with strong expertise in Azure; experience with AWS or Google Cloud is a plus. Proven experience with data‑driven solutions, Kubernetes and microservices architecture. Strong skills in architectural design and documentation (HLD, LLD, target‑state diagrams). Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and optimisation. Expertise in data integration (ETL, pipelines, synchronization) and data governance, including privacy and quality standards. Experience leading design and decision‑making processes and transitioning solutions from PoC to production. Effective communicator, able to collaborate with engineers, vendors and business stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Fluency in English; strong interpersonal skills.
