We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving brand awareness and desirability through B2B and will contribute to the management of all trading events across France. The Trade Marketing Specialist must have a solid understanding of the current retail environment, a customer service mindset, and a strong understanding of shopper behaviors and merchandising trends. The position is based in our Central Paris offices (3 days a week). Responsibilities Evolving the trade marketing asset toolkit. Creation and proposing of new, innovative promotional and product display ideas from briefing through to execution. Ensuring all content is clear, consistent and on brand across consumer touchpoints. Providing merchandising guidance. Activate & be part of various demand generation marketing projects depending on plans decisions. Planning of regular meetings with the Sales team and retailer partners. Management of all trade events and conferences, in the lead up to and during. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. First experience in Marketing (brand or Trade) such as relevant long-term internships or first experience. Proven ability to work with multiple agencies and suppliers. Proven leadership and influencing abilities. Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Data analysis skills as well as good attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in French and English.
