You collaborate with several scrum teams in the IT and Business departments and will mainly:Take the lead on Cybersecurity & IT projects: define and ensure the deliveries meet the planning and high-quality standards of EPEX SPOT. Drive the teams to completion of our roadmap goals and deliveriesPropose innovative solutions. Build on your IT knowledge and cybersecurity experience to construct the solution roadmap. Initiate the product plan, work with the team, and elaborate with them the necessary project framework. Lead the project plans, set expectations for delivery, actively listen, and support the team. Communicate within and outside the project teamsSupport to backlog management, iterative planning.
