Head of Regulatory Change H/F
Au sein de la Direction Global Markets, l’équipe Regulatory change a pour mission d’assurer l’emprunte réglementaire sur la rentabilité des activités du front office.
Le responsable de ce pôle anime et supervise une équipe de trois experts réglementaires en charge, sur leur domaine respectif (prudentiel / structures de marché / ESG), de décliner ce mandat selon les axes suivants :
- La surveillance permanente des évolutions réglementaires européennes impactant le périmètre des activités de GMD (principalement Treasury, Fixed Income, Equity, Forex, Credit and Structuring) mais également, quoique dans une moindre mesure, la clientèle régulée de GMD (essentiellement Assurance et Asset Management).
- L’évaluation, en première approche et en liaison étroite avec le Métier, de l’empreinte des réglementations européennes sur les activités de marché.
- L’alerte à bon niveau afin de permettre aux opérationnels d’intégrer la dimension réglementaire dans leur gestion au quotidien et au Management d’intégrer la composante réglementaire dans sa réflexion stratégique.
- La participation à la défense des intérêts du Métier en définissant des réponses adéquates afin de contenir l’empreinte de la réglementation sur la trajectoire de rentabilité (rédaction de position papers, participation aux associations de place, réponses aux consultations, meetings avec les autorités réglementaires, etc.).
- L’apport d’une expertise réglementaire en support de la Force de vente et de la structuration dans la recherche d’opportunités commerciales et de solutions réglementaires.
- La promotion de la culture réglementaire au sein de GMD.
- L’apport d’un éclairage réglementaire dans les projets d’implémentation.
De formation supérieure en finance, ingénierie financière ou droit bancaire, vous possédez idéalement une quinzaine d’années d’expérience dans le domaine règlementaire acquise en banque d’investissement ou au sein d’une autorité de supervision.
Vous maitrisez la règlementation bancaire (CRR2 et 3, EMIR, FRTB) ainsi que ses implications sur le business au quotidien.
Pour réussir sur ce poste, vous devez faire preuve de qualités de leadership, de diplomatie.
La proximité et la capacité à élaborer une base d’échanges constructifs avec le Front Office, mais également avec les fonctions régaliennes constituent des atouts déterminants.
