Un important groupe industriel, réalisant un chiffre d'affaires de 400 millions d'euros dans le secteur agroalimentaire, reconnu et apprécié à l'échelle nationale et internationale, en constante expansion, nous a confié la mission de recruter un(e) Country Manager France basé(e) dans la région de l'Île-de-France.
Rattaché(e) au Conseil d'Administration, le / la Country Manager aura pour mission de diriger l'entreprise en France et de développer la zone commerciale. Plus précisément, en assumant la responsabilité du compte de résultat et en veillant à atteindre les objectifs fixés pour le périmètre, il / elle sera chargé(e) de :
- développer l'activité sur de nouveaux canaux de distribution (GMS) en identifiant des opportunités commerciales alignées sur le positionnement et les objectifs des marques ;
- conduire directement les négociations commerciales ;
- piloter et encadrer l'équipe commerciale ;
- définir, avec la maison mère, les stratégies et politiques nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et les KPI définis ;
- assurer une mise à jour régulière des activités commerciales et leur reporting ;
- collaborer avec le service marketing de la maison mère pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies de lancement, des promotions et des événements ;
- surveiller et analyser la concurrence.
Le / la candidat(e) sera également responsable de la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle en matière de ressources humaines et d'administration pour le bureau en France. Il / elle devra motiver, former et encadrer l'équipe de vente, en fixant des objectifs clairs.
Le / la candidat(e) idéal(e) dispose :
- d'une expérience confirmée dans le développement commercial auprès des grandes enseignes de distribution (GMS) ;
- de compétences en gestion, administration, marketing et ressources humaines;
- parle couramment l'italien et le français.

- autonomie et esprit d'initiative ;
- dynamisme et sens de l'adaptabilité ;
- solides aptitudes en négociation et gestion des relations commerciales.
