AI Learning Designer – EdTech (French fluent) Join Paradox EN, a global organization building an operating system for human greatness powered by AI, neuroscience, design, and behavioural science. About the role As a Learning Experience Designer you will bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft cinematic learning arcs that transform users. You will own the full learning system, from architecture to execution, and collaborate with coaches, filmmakers, engineers, and content creators to deliver high‑impact courses. Key missions Learning Experience Architecture – Own the learning system, design journeys, and ensure every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem. Product design – Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain, create premium courses, and co‑craft new content with experts. AI integration – Build adaptive loops, AI agents, and chat‑based conversations; write and optimise prompt chains, review agent conversations, and iterate based on data. Data‑driven improvement – Define KPIs, analyse metrics, conduct user research, and iterate on courses to maximise transformation and stickiness. Ideal candidate 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education). Delivered at least one major product end‑to‑end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma; strong track‑record designing digital learning experiences (video, articles, interactive experiences, etc.). Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses. Craft‑obsessed, strong writing and aesthetic sensibility, user & impact focused, critical thinker, and digitally/AI savvy. Native French speaker; fluent English for written communication.
