Mission Risk Manager within Project controls team to manage Risk discipline across program Organize, monitor and guarantee the level of performance of its scope of activity in compliance with regulations, quality, costs and planned deadlines Develop strategies and implement development actions for the Risk discipline to control program costs and deadlines Propose and implement monitoring indicators and necessary improvements Main tasks Manage Risk teams by ensuring definition and monitoring of objectives, organization of activities, estimation of resource needs, completion of performance, participation in recruitment interviews and the integration of new hires, employee development Be the referent at program level for the implementation of processes and standards related to Risk Management on projects, in constant interface with other entities of the program Supervise and coordinate risk assessment and monitoring of mitigation measures with his team and in close collaboration with project managers Establish and improve operational processes for identifying and managing project risks to build a risk culture Organize and lead monthly risk review meetings with project directors and project managers Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, ensuring their quality and relevance Assist in decision-making through reliable indicators and detailed analyses of current and future risks on projects Challenge existing risks base and the relevance of identified mitigation actions Ensure the delivery of Risk Management methodology to promote a qualitative and quantitative risk assessment Work in collaboration with other Project Controls disciplines (Cost, Change, Schedule & Document Control) to have a complete view of potential risks on project costs and planning Guarantee the implementation of training tools and associated training on the Risk discipline Ensure benchmarking with other sites to identify good practices Respond to ad hoc requests by preparing presentations Deliverable to be produced All in English Up to date Risk management process, standards and inputs / files for risks including risk impact assessment and mitigation follow-up Up to date Risk assessment at work package level / project level / program level on a monthly basis Risk management system updated and shared on a monthly basis Monthly reporting on project risk status to stakeholders Dashboard, KPIs, presentations, communications to stakeholders (e.g. Project Performance review, Project Cost review) Required competencies and experience Experience in Project management in a PMO set up and lean organisation Significant Risk management experience on large infrastructure projects Primavera OPC experience for QSRA and QCRA simulations Have strong analytical and synthesis skills and demonstrate leadership in the way you deliver your topics Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently Language is English in the project, so English full professional proficiency is mandatory Démarrage : Début Janvier.
