Events & Trade Marketing Specialist Hors Domicile (H/F) Red Bull is looking for an Events & Trade Marketing Specialist Hors Domicile (H/F) to work in the Hors Domicile department. Responsabilités: Play a central role in developing and spreading the brand. Support event organisation, product listing and event projects. Activate consumption and stimulate sales within your perimeter while ensuring compliance with Red Bull execution standards. Collaborate with sales to implement and activate brand standards in retail to ensure optimal visibility. Propose and deploy tailored solutions to support performance and achieve commercial and marketing objectives. Scope: Paris Region, Île-de-France, Nord & Est (Lyon). Detailed Responsibilities (65% Events & Festival) Negotiate, implement, and monitor partnerships with event organisers. Develop and implement marketing activations aligned with the national business plan to boost sales during events. Negotiate and activate optimal brand positioning. Prepare a business plan covering all supported events with regional directors. Manage reporting after each project (volume, key performance indicators). Trade Marketing (25%) Support sales on execution and implementation of tools in points of sale in collaboration with regional directors. Organise coaching tours, action plans, feedback, and follow‑ups. Implement tools in establishments (brand signage, refrigerators, menus, etc.). Support development of tailor‑made tools and validate commercial tool developments (menus, promotional support). Red Bull Events (5%) Activate sales at Red Bull sport and culture events. Manage sales bar approach, set up, assortment, activation of sales. Plan opening and closing party projects. Deploy guest zones for Red Bull guests and partners, ensuring specifications and budget compliance and creating hospitality packages. Support local teams on activation plans for events. Industry Work (5%) Deliver training sessions to staff, incentives, sampling. Support sales in organising events targeting B2B audiences. Organise B2B events. Budget & Follow‑up Manage budgets and partnership contracts, ensuring smart investments. Point of Sale (PLV) Oversee state and stock of event equipment to optimise logistics. Required Skills and Expertise Bac +3 / Bac +5 in Marketing & Sales. Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in event project management and partnership development. Strong planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent knowledge of the Hors Domicile sector (bars, clubs, festivals, etc.). Good understanding of trade marketing and associated performance levers. Strong negotiation aptitude. Excellent relational skills. Proficient in analytical tools (Excel, Data, Insights). Excellent analytical skills with a synthesis mindset. Autonomous, passionate, ambitious, and creative personality. Good command of English. Valid B driver's licence.
