Overview Field Service Engineer / Application Engineer - Region France. Location: France - Paris-Area (Remote). Key Responsibilities Work with Customers, Service Center, Product Specialists and Sales team to develop solutions for customers Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators and distributors Provide on-site installation and start-up support for Cleco Tightening equipment Perform On Site MCT (Measurement Capability Tests) and Performance Tests Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop processes for producing and developing custom tools and ensure product moves through process routings to meet customer requirements Provide technical phone support for all Cleco products Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to support future growth in Sales and Service Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration and training services Critical Skills & Qualifications Technical degree or equivalent through work experience Multiple years of experience in Field Service and Application Support Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Willingness to travel approximately 60-90% Fluent in French and German Basic knowledge of English What we offer Attractive salary package International environment Opportunities for further training and development Company car Please apply with an English CV At Apex Tool Group (www.apextoolgroup.com), we’re passionate about innovation.
