We have guests that return year after year seeking the high level of service and helpful, friendly chalet staff we always deliver. We are looking for people who have a passion for customer service, willing to work hard but also enjoy the benefits that come along with living and working in a ski resort to join our team for the Winter Season. All this, of course, in one of the world’s best ski areas. Responsibilities Daily clean of communal areas and guest bedrooms Serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner with a high level of service and professionalism Deep clean of chalet on changeover days Resort driving service Responsible for cleanliness and basic maintenance of chalet vehicles Snow clearing Basic hot tub and spa maintenance Benefits Great staff accommodation – own room Competitive wages Lift pass and full cover Carte Neige insurance Bonuses for your hard work and dedication Plenty of time for skiing and 1 full day off per week Gain valuable experience in hospitality All food Requirements Experience in hospitality industry and luxury market High standard and knowledge of service and wine Team player – who is not afraid of hard work Eye for detail – level of cleanliness, standard of service ‘nothing too much trouble attitude’ Over 21 years old Full manual driving license We will only consider CVs with some experience in high end hospitality and candidates over 21 years.
