We believe in being curious, not judgmental, to build diverse teams, and to always deliver an exceptional candidate experience through personal, timely communication and feedback.How to make an impactLead & develop team: Provide coaching, conduct 1:1s, drive engagement, and facilitate performance discussions for geographically dispersed TA PartnersNavigate global complexity: Align regional recruitment with global priorities while adapting to local needsManage capacity planning: Oversee recruitment demand and resource allocation with TA PartnersEnable proactive sourcing: Equip team to build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill rolesChampion continuous improvement: Enhance global recruitment processes and guide team prioritizationDeliver data-driven insights: Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions with Head of TAAdvise senior stakeholders: Provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment analyticsAbout youYou're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
