Qui nous sommesBOGGI Milano est une marque italienne qui allie élégance, qualité et esprit contemporain.Nous croyons que l’excellence du service se construit aussi dans les coulisses : grâce à la précision, l’organisation et la passion de ceux qui garantissent chaque jour le parfait fonctionnement de la boutique.RôleEn tant qu’In-Store Operations, vous serez le cœur administratif et opérationnel de la boutique.Vous gérerez avec soin et précision les activités de caisse, les flux omnicanaux et les processus back office, assurant efficacité et qualité dans chaque détail.Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de vente et le siège, en garantissant que chaque procédure, transaction et interaction reflète les standards de la marque et contribue à une expérience client irréprochable.ResponsabilitésGérer les opérations de caisse et d’administration (paiements, retours, Gift Cards, notes de crédit).Suivre les flux omnicanaux (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) et assurer la gestion correcte des procédures.Soutenir l’équipe dans les actions de fidélisation et dans la gestion du CRM.Garantir un flux administratif précis et ponctuel : factures, petty cash, reportings.Collaborer avec le Store Manager pour la communication avec le siège et la formation opérationnelle de l’équipe.Contribuer au maintien de l’ordre et de l’image premium de la boutique.Profil recherchéPrécis, organisé et orienté détail.Aime le travail en équipe et veille à ce que tout fonctionne parfaitement.Expérience en administration, retail ou customer service.Fiable, discret et passionné par la mode.Ce que nous offronsTravailler chez BOGGI Milano signifie accéder à une formation continue sur les procédures, outils et service client.Vous trouverez un environnement élégant et collaboratif, où précision et passion font la différence.Vous avez également l’opportunité de grandir professionnellement au sein d’une marque internationale en pleine évolution et de contribuer directement à la qualité et à la réputation du nom BOGGI.#JOIN-BOGGI #J-18808-Ljbffr
