OverviewSenior Engineering Manager - AI at Alan. You will lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, partnering with product managers, support operations, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered healthcare tools that impact members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.What you will build and who you will work withAI support platform: Intelligent systems that help our support team resolve member queries faster and more accuratelyAutomation engine: Smart workflows that handle routine tasks, freeing the team to focus on complex member needs and relationship buildingNext-Gen member experience: AI tools that anticipate member needs and provide proactive healthcare guidanceRoleYou will lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, collaborating with product managers, support operations, and data scientists.
