Segula Technologies – Coordinateur Senior CommissioningSegula Technologies recherche un(e) Coordinateur Senior Commissioning pour intervenir sur des projets majeurs dans le secteur de l’énergie, incluant les phases de pré-commissioning et commissioning de projets complexes.Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi technique et la coordination des données garantissant la qualité des informations et la bonne progression des opérations sur le terrain.Missions principalesEn tant que Coordinateur Senior Commissioning vos responsabilités incluront :Superviser la préparation des phases de pré-commissioning et commissioning avec un contrôle rigoureux de l'outil de suivi de commissioning (cohérence des statuts avec les listes d'ingénierie, complétude des tests et contrôles fiabilité des heures homme, identification des fonctions techniques).Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données saisies dans l'outil et veiller à ce que l'avancement technique corresponde aux objectifs et jalons du projet.Anticiper les impacts des activités adjacentes (construction pré-commissioning) et remonter toute déviation à la hiérarchie.Coordonner les activités techniques : participation aux réunions clés (KOM précom / com), suivi des procédures contractuelles, contrôle des rapports quotidiens / hebdomadaires, suivi et clôture des punch lists.Vérifier la complétude et la conformité des dossiers RFC / AOC, gérer la documentation finale du projet et assurer le transfert complet à l'équipe de mise en service sur site.Former et optimiser l'outil de suivi de commissioning si nécessaire, valider les saisies de punch list et superviser leur clôture.Participer à la sécurité et à la qualité : respecter et faire respecter les règles HSE, participer aux audits et signaler toute anomalie.QualificationsDiplômé(e) Bac5 Ingénieur ou équivalent en génie électrique, électrotechnique ou énergie.10 ans d'expérience minimum dans la gestion de projets électriques complexes, idéalement avec expérience en pré-commissioning et commissioning.Maîtrise de la gestion et suivi de commissioning, punch lists et documentation technique.Capacité à piloter et coordonner des équipes et prestataires multiples.Rigueur organisationnelle et esprit analytique indispensables.
