Your missions will include Go-to-Market managementLead the end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for brand, product, and collection launches, fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize impact and efficiency. Content CoordinationOversee content alignment, contracting, production, and global distribution, ensuring all marketing materials support strategic objectives and uphold brand standards. Project managementManage overall project timelines, deliverables, and accountability for all marketing initiatives; control the marketing department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal capacity for internal graphic and creative teams. Team managementInspire, coach, and develop team members; drive connectivity between product management, commercial, and consumer marketing teams; supervise key professionals including the Marketing Coordination and the internal Studio teams. About you Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing operations and/or project management within a fast-paced and matrixed organization. Background as a Traffic Manager or similar position in an advertising agency or global consumer brand environment is appreciated. Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects from conception to completion. Solid managerial skills. Strong budget management skills and experience allocating resources across multiple projects and teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with the sports, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
