You’ll be accountable for daily domestic and international inbound and outbound distribution and support strategic initiatives to optimise cost, service, and sustainability, using data as your compass. From analysing carrier performance and forecasting volumes to identifying trends and driving continuous improvement, your ability to interpret and act on data will be critical to success.What You Will Be DoingDeliver the EMEA parcel distribution and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectationsUtilise data to monitor, analyse, and improve carrier performance, service levels, cost efficiency, and environmental impactBuild, develop and maintain strong relationships with globally dispersed parcel carriers and other stakeholdersDrive tendering processes, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Tech, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and ESGIdentify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation in parcel operationsProvide regular reporting and insights to senior leadershipWhat You’ll BringProven experience in parcel or carrier management within a complex, multi-country environmentStrong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improvementsComfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and performance metricsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingSolid knowledge of customs processes and cross-border proceduresExperience with logistics systems (eg.
