Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager We are looking for a Regional Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to join Norgine. The role covers the Nordics (DK, SE, NO, FI) and France‑Benelux regions. The position reports to the Senior Director, Global BI&A, and is part of the global commercial team. About the Role Provide business intelligence, analytics, and insights to selected Norgine brands operating within brand and project teams in a matrix management structure. Responsibilities Support business decision making through recommendations based on evidence for the region and globally. Optimise sales performance and profitability of Norgine brands through market and customer insights to generate actionable recommendations. Support sales management to ensure optimal and timely reporting and insights to the sales organization. Build and maintain data structures and visualisations with global, local, and support teams. Input to short‑ and medium‑term strategic planning for pre‑launch and post‑launch products, including 5‑year forecasts. Develop and deliver local insight plans (analytics, CI, market research) that meet core business needs. Share best practice, drive positive change and continuous improvement. Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting, delivering commercial reports accurately and on time. Manage data and systems suppliers, ensuring optimal ROI and service. Qualifications Strong understanding of how insight generates impact on sales revenue and profitability. Good financial understanding, business acumen and entrepreneurial vision. Proven track record delivering robust market insight projects across brands and therapy areas. Experience with pre‑launch planning and development of pre‑launch insight plans. Experience with patient and volume‑based forecast modelling. Ability to design and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports using various data sources based on KPIs. Ability to operate in an international matrix environment. Good level of English required; fluency in French an advantage. Ability to travel ~4 days per month across key regional locations.
