OverviewAs Program Controller, you will play a key role in managing the financial performance of innovative programs, from the design phase through to completion. As a true strategic partner to Program Managers, you will ensure reliable financial planning, rigorous cost control, and accurate profitability analysis. You will work closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations teams to deliver high value-added results.ResponsibilitiesManage the figures: Monitor and control program costs from nomination to development to series production launch (tools, testing, materials, labor, and overheads).Develop business cases, profitability analyses, and ROI calculations for the acquisition of new projects and customers.Analyze program P&L, monitor profitability, and perform variance analyses (budget vs. actual vs. forecast).Identify, assess, and manage the financial risks and opportunities of assigned programs, including short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.Produce and communicate key financial reports (KPIs, margins, cash flow, CAPEX, development costs) to stakeholders.Work closely with the international Project, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Logistics teams.Prepare and analyze target/actual comparisons between the project, pre-production, and production phases.Contribute to the budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly closing processes.Optimize and develop project management control processes and tools.Monitor, analyze, and explain program expenses (OPEX, CAPEX, R&D) against budget and forecasts.Support sales teams with pricing, Engineering Change (EC) management, and customer claims.QualificationsBilingual in English (working language).Minimum 3 years' experience in management control/finance, ideally in the automotive industry.Strong skills in financial analysis, P&L, budget control, reporting, and forecasting.Excellent command of Excel and financial reporting tools.Master's degree in finance, management control, or business administration.Analytical mind, proactive, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, clear communication, persuasiveness, and ability to work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in SAP R/3 or SAP ECC.Become part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.Influence key financial decisions and contribute directly to the success of programs.Develop your skills within an international organization.Location: Elancourt and up to 60% remote work per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
