Oracle Lead Developer for Smart Materials

We are currently seeking an Oracle Lead Developer for Smart Materials reporting directly to Manager of Applicative Systems to join our Transversal Operational Excellence Platforms team based in Nanterre, Paris, France. About us Technip Energies uses Smart Materials (software from Hexagon based on Oracle) to manage materials on all its onshore and offshore business projects. This system covers the workflows used in Engineering, Purchasing / Expediting / Traffic and Construction in the various Technip Energies operating centers and is supported by a team based in Paris. The Lead Developer will be responsible of Discussing with business, jointly with SMat functional team, to understand new requirements and prepare solutions. Discussing with other applications owners if there are interfaces, and architects to propose the best solution in terms of delay / cost / performances and maintenance. Ensuring that everything is well documented, and that the system follows Technip Energies IT rules and procedures. Developing and maintaining customizations. Managing a developers’ team functionally (2 people). Communicating with IT professionals in 35 countries, as well as with business stakeholders - Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Transport / Logistics, etc. Providing L2 and L3 support, responding to the incidents, tickets and ensuring maintenance and operational continuity of the application. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements : Qualifications Master's degree in computer science / information technology. At least 6 years of experience as a Developer, having worked with Oracle applications or Hexagon softwares (SMat). Good knowledge of ORACLE PL / SQL, APEX, WEB services. Knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports is a plus Functional management experience. A previous experience as a Developer in Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing or Construction business environments would be a plus Fluent in English (B2 / C1) Competencies Motivated to learn the work processes ofEngineering, Purchasing / Expediting / Traffic and Construction to understand all business requirements.
