Your role As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be the backbone of accurate, compliant payroll operations serving multiple international markets. Your attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and process-driven approach will ensure every colleague is paid promptly and correctly, while driving continuous improvement across our systems and practices. Oversee full-scope payroll processing for selected countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards. Maintain and improve payroll systems, liaising closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Administer and validate compensation, bonuses, and severance payments; analyze and support complex payroll calculations. Act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager payroll queries, delivering responsive and high-quality service. Contribute to ongoing payroll system improvements, participate in user acceptance testing, support audits, and drive standardization initiatives. Act as compliance guard. Being part of Global People at LEO that supports all different markets. Your qualifications Proven experience (typically 5+ years). Managing French payroll operations. Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field. Fluency in English and French (additional European languages such as German, Spanish or Italian are a plus). Solid knowledge of social legislation, payroll tax compliance, and best practices in payroll in France. Hands‑on experience with HRIS/payroll systems and time management tools.
