Nexans is accelerating the scale up of the Acceleration Units (Nexans Solar Technologies, Nexans Machinery, Nexans Cryogenics, Nexans Superconductivity) focused on growing promising markets (LH2, powering cities through electrification, industrialisation of new cables, solar energy) and playing a role in the energy transition.In line with this strategy, Nexans seeks to deploy the Acceleration Units to address current challenges with new offers for the energy transition. Your missionsThe aim of the Acceleration Units is to support the energy transition with offers addressing current challenges due to conventional approaches.Developing their offers and technologies to deploy at scale with optimal time to market, considering return on investment and stakeholder satisfaction.Internal and external Project Management Excellence is a key vector to ensure on-time and high-quality project management performance, contributing to financial performance and transformation. As Part Of Your Missions You Will Have ToMain Overall areas of responsibilityAssist the Project Director to execute internal and external strategic projectsLead some impactful projects validated by the Executive Management Team contributing to the Business Group transformation and financial performanceDevelop processes and tools ensuring on-time planning and monitoring excellence for project activities across 3 Business UnitsMain tasks and activitiesContribute to project structuring and planning of commercial project contractsInteract with external stakeholders involved in commercial project contacts to inform the Project Director of project statusLead strategic initiatives validated by the Executive Management Team to support change management with internal cross-functional projectsDevelop monitoring and KPI tools/scorecards to ensure constant awareness of project status and expected performanceIssue frequent reports on project status to support Executive Management TeamAssess/develop processes to strengthen organizational maturityRecommend improvement procedures for project organization excellenceAssist in deploying new IT solutions or processes Your ProfileTechnical skills:Expertise in Project ManagementExpertise or ease in developing PM tools on Teams or Excel or other IT Tools such as Power BIAbility to develop synthetic reportsFluent EnglishProfessional behavioral skills:Results and performance orientedTeam playerCapacity for analysis, synthesis and structuring (process and reporting)Ability for discernment, decisions and sense of operational responsibilitiesAdaptability and international mindsetCommunication Our BenefitsPackage for soft mobilitySports classFlexible working hours Seniority levelInternship Employment typeFull-time Job functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesManufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
