Strategy & Design – for specific cross-functional transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Design – Define the global Employee Experience, Culture, or Change strategy for specific transformational projects defined with the Employee Experience Director, considering the employee life cycle (including attraction, onboarding, recognition, growth, wellbeing, and inclusion), aligned to business, people, and technology roadmaps.Translate strategy into activation: clear behaviors and practical toolkits for all team members; ensure people-centered design principles are applied to programs and processes.Culture and Change programs – Activation, Enablement, Delivery – Design concrete deliverables such as frameworks, messaging, campaigns, materials, and learning content that reinforce desired cultural norms; provide People Partners and the Business with adaptable resources for local relevance. Support strategy execution by consulting and collaborating on design, development, and delivery of communications and training needs as part of change management plans.Ensure delivery, awareness, and adoption, targeting all levels of the business, including executive level. Partner with Corporate Communications to craft clear, inclusive messages and campaigns that resonate across diverse regions.Guide the delivery of program plans (scope, timeline, risks, adoption), using structured project management and change methods; ensure delivery quality in a matrixed environment. Achieve results through planning, organizing, resource coordination, and decision support.Governance, Operating Model & Program Management – Oversee EX standards, playbooks, and assurance (quality gates, adoption criteria, compliance), coordinating with Global Centers of Expertise, Business Partners, Regional/Local People Partners, and the Business.Guide the Transformation & Governance cadence on these projects (OKRs, roadmaps, status reviews, vendor/budget management).Support stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration, ensuring close proximity to the business.Identify opportunities and challenges proactively, build risk assessments, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, adjust insight to action, and pivot as required.QualificationsAbout The Ideal CandidateEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Change, Employee Experience, business, information technology, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience in defining culture or employee experience management strategies, program management, or a related field.Certifications: Certification in High Performance Organizations (Culture), project management, change management, behavioral science, or a related field is welcome.Skills: Excellent project management skills, proficient English communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and cultures.Personal Attributes: A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a flexible, adaptable mindset.Application processThe application process is easy and fast.
