Payroll Partner (France - Remote) As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, located in France and working remotely. Your role focuses on supporting business growth through talent and organizational partnerships, delivering high-quality payroll services across the region. Responsibilities Support Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests, including responding to payroll inquiries and supporting transactional execution on payroll processes, ensuring SLAs and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France while supporting other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll data and ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory regulations, coordinating with payroll providers. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities by updating HRIS, sharing hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, document procedures, and ensure internal controls. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile with financial accounting, and prepare annual financial statements. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of 2 years payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, with strong communication, planning, and ownership skills. Problem-solving and results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Location: France (Remote). Employment Type: Full-time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
