Our mission is to deliver science‑driven hiring solutions, partnering with stakeholders and hiring leads to raise awareness and generate insights that help our business choose the best talent from our global pool. Location: Remote, based in the EMEA region. Responsibilities Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insights, partnering with the business to enable efficient hiring processes. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews to uncover motivations and behaviours. Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of hiring outcomes. Generate data‑driven insights that support robust decision‑making. Manage the employer brand and candidate experience. Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement. Coordinate with external third‑party platforms to maximise return on investment. Promote diversity and inclusion by eliminating unconscious bias from hiring practices and reinforcing sourcing strategies. Qualifications Exceptional academic background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or a related discipline. Experience hiring talent in the technology or consulting industry. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes. Deep passion for scientific approaches to talent selection and the ability to predict and measure hiring outcomes. Strong analytical problem‑solving skills using SQL and optionally Python or advanced statistical analysis. Experience with psychometric assessments, including their interpretation. Proven ability to conduct behavioural, competency‑based interviews and to train stakeholders in interview techniques. High level of personal organisation and self‑drive for effective remote work. Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year for up to two weeks each. Other Skills You May Bring Experience in sourcing and headhunting with the ability to coach senior leaders in talent acquisition. Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, and machine learning. Exposure to LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, and Superset.
