This part‑time/contract role is based in Dubai, Lisbon, or remote. Mission As our Personal Brand Ambassador, you will become the storyteller‑in‑chief, creating magnetic content and engaging an audience of raving fans. You’ll produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT: Build a full content pipeline from ideation to publication; turn ideas into impactful posts; develop recurring formats; develop your on‑camera presence. ANALYSE & OPTIMISE WHAT WORKS: Review performance data weekly; iterate content strategy; track key metrics and KPIs. BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY: Engage with followers, source testimonials, identify strategic collaborations, and become an authentic presence. Qualifications Fluent in French (native) and English (fluent). Strong storytelling, camera presence, and editing skills. Fast content turnaround; able to test, learn, and iterate quickly. Experience as solo creator or managing growth of another brand. Knowledge of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts beyond basic use. Can produce measurable results – show hits and misses. Language French: native; English: fluent. Required Attributes Obsessed with social media, but strategic in scaling. Magnetic on camera, creative, and fearless. Can write, riff, and repurpose content. Works fast and thrives in feedback‑heavy environments. Knowledge of brand building. Seniority Level Entry level. Employment Type Contract (part‑time/contract based).
