Quality Coordinator

One of our clients is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator (M/F) as part of a project. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce implementation of the project‑specific Quality Plan and associated procedures. Coordinate all QA/QC activities on‑site, including inspections, audits, and non‑conformance management. Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Track and report on quality metrics, including inspection results, NCRs, and corrective actions. Review and approve contractors' quality documentation (ITPs, procedures, checklists, etc.). Support the preparation of final quality documentation and handover dossiers. Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across all project stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas offshore sector. Ability to work in a multicultural environment under challenging offshore conditions. Fundamental experience with quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality assurance. Certifications such as CSWIP, NDT, or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) are advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; French language is a plus.
