Description du poste En tant que Lead AI Engineer, vos missions seront les suivantes : Définition de la vision et de la stratégie IA (RAG, recherche sémantique, LLM, agents) Concevoir et industrialiser des pipelines IA de bout en bout Garantir la qualité, la robustesse et la scalabilité des systèmes Cadrer la montée en compétence de l’équipe (bonnes pratiques, mentoring) Collaborer étroitement avec les leads techniques et la direction produit Profil recherché Le profil recherché réunit les qualités suivantes : Senior Software Engineer avec minimum 4 ans d'expérience Solide maîtrise de la mise en production et de l’exploitation de solutions SaaS Approche product-driven Aisance en Python et bonne compréhension des architectures backend et data Expérience en déploiement de modèles, CI/CD ML, monitoring et performance Leadership technique : mentoring, revues de code, bonnes pratiques, coordination d’équipes Curiosité, pragmatisme et appétence pour l’innovation appliquée #J-18808-Ljbffr
