Join our team to work closely with the Head of Compliance France to enhance and strengthen our compliance framework. In this vital role, you will serve as the final checkpoint before filing reports with the French Financial Intelligence Unit (Tracfin), ensuring meticulous investigation preparation. You will be responsible for determining whether a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) needs to be submitted, playing a crucial role in our compliance and risk management efforts.Responsibilities:Handle and review escalated cases, advising relevant stakeholders on next steps.Identify grounds for suspicion and seek guidance from the Head of Compliance as needed.Complete SAR filings with Tracfin when required (using Ermes).Maintain logs, ensure data consistency, and review escalations promptly.Collaborate with internal teams to improve SAR quality and accuracy.Participate in AML/CFT and other compliance-related programs.Perform general administrative tasks related to the above functions as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements; familiarity with virtual currency regulation is a plus.3-5 years of experience in investigations, SAR filing, or related audit/regulatory roles in financial or fintech sectors.High attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and action-oriented approach.Excellent communication skills in French and English, with strong analytical and investigative abilities.Crypto enthusiasm; direct experience in the field is a plus.Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with high case volume.Proficiency with AML tools such as Elliptic, Chainalysis, TRM, World-Check, etc.Why BinanceShape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.Collaborate with world-class talent in a global, flat organization.Engage in innovative, fast-paced projects with autonomy.Enjoy career growth opportunities and continuous learning.Competitive salary and benefits.Work-from-home arrangements (may vary).Binance is committed to equal opportunity employment.
