You will build core backend systems running in production, with real traffic, real data and real constraints. What you will work on You will design and run backend systems that power Noota’s AI and HR workflows. Design and build high throughput Python APIs with FastAPI Own services that run critical AI and recruiting workflows Design microservices and async pipelines (events, Pub/Sub) Work on data intensive systems (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis) Build cloud native infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform Improve reliability, observability and performance at scale Make architecture decisions with long term impact Gradually take ownership as a Tech Lead Your code goes to production fast and is used by real companies and real candidates.
