We are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations Manager with strong connections to mainland Chinas Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices. The ideal candidate will build and maintain high-trust relationships with investors, effectively communicating the funds value proposition and growth strategies. About your role Develop and manage relationships with mainland Chinas UHNW individuals, family offices, and key investors, serving as the primary point of contact. Communicate firms investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potential and existing investors, ensuring a clear understanding of our mission and goals. Collaborate with the investment and executive teams to create tailored presentations, reports, and updates that resonate with our target investor base. Drive engagement by hosting and organizing investor meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Monitor and report investor feedback, providing insights to leadership for improved investor alignment and strategic planning. Maintain a deep understanding of the investor landscape, identifying new business development opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. Stay informed on regulatory developments affecting investor relations and ensure all communications align with relevant compliance standards. What you will need to succeed Proven track record in investor relations, private banking, or wealth management, with a focus on UHNW individuals and family offices in mainland China. Established network among mainland Chinese UHNW individuals and family offices is essential. Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile investors. Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to sophisticated investors. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA is advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions seamlessly.
