Brand Ambassador / Content Creator - 🇫🇷 French Fluent We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador & Content Creator to become an iconic voice for Paradox. This part‑time/contract position is based from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon or remotely. Responsibilities Create magnetic personal brand content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Build and manage a full content pipeline from ideation to publication. Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (video, written, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains, and aligns with our values and voice. Develop on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident, true to our brand personality. Review performance data weekly, iterate and build on resonating content, and adapt strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence (audience growth, engagement, credibility). Design forward‑thinking content strategies that consider growth factors and current trends. Engage with followers, source testimonials, identify strategic collaborators, and become an authentic presence in community spaces. Qualifications Obsessed with social media and able to reverse‑engineer virality. Magnetic on camera, comfortable experimenting, and understands storytelling and editing. Skilled at writing, riffing, and repurposing content for multiple formats. Fast‑paced, thrives in feedback‑heavy environments, and takes initiative. Strong understanding of brand building and human‑centred messaging. Experience as a solo content creator or building another brand’s online presence. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent).
