You’ll work with business units, leadership teams, and external suppliers to ensure programs are delivered on time, in alignment with Stellantis strategy and business objectives.Key responsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of priority programs and projects of IAM/DFS perimeter.Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Prioritize the roadmap and releases.Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions.Analyze business requirements, participate in design phase, support and control writing of specifications.Monitor program performance and manage risks, changes and issues.Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Facilitate landscape simplification via decommissioning of applications or move to cloud initiatives.Ensure the stability of applications (SOX compliance, security breaches identification/remediation).QualificationsEducation+ 10 years’ experience in program/project management in complex organization.English - B2 or higher.Expertise/skillsExperience with project management tools and methodologies.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Problem-solving capabilities.Experience working in international environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
