Job environment Job title of the line manager : Logistics Operations / Services Manager Job title of the functional manager (if any) : Responsibilities : To lead and coordinate logistics projects in the context of business startups, the restructuring of existing activities and business optimization assignments. To provide operational support by contributing method, structure and external perspective. Scope of Activities To carry out some or all of the following activities : Analyze logistics flows and processes Scope and launch the project Structure, coordinate and lead the project team (select participants, roles and missions) Define and propose the logistics solution to be implemented Coordinate and manage the interfaces between logistics partners, suppliers and customers (reminders, schedule management, etc.) Implement and update project management tools (scheduling, flash reports, risk analyses, action plans, etc.) Define, order and accept resources for implementation (HR, storage solutions, production solutions, logistic / IS hardware, etc.) Analyze and solve problems as they arise Contribute to implementing procedures, training programs, and reporting and performance monitoring tools (KPIs) Support operations with change management (coaching, training for operations staff, etc.) Provide operations with support, and respond to operational requests : take responsibility for analyzing and scoping an identified problem, analyze solutions and action plans in conjunction with operations teams, and monitor the implementation of actions Write technical and commercial bids Monitor technology trends in new supply chain processes and techniques The activities are to be adapted for employees on work / study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training. Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.) Support QSE maturity development in your sector 5 years’ experience Missing a few of the required skills ?
