This involves managing job requisitions, publishing job advertisements, conducting initial candidate screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process for early career candidates.ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage job requisitions (JR) for early career positionsPerform quality checks on job requisitions and publish job advertisementsConfirm reception of requests and send invitations for Intake CallsSend "Secure Hiring" surveys and Hirevue requests to candidatesReview candidate videos, surveys, and "Secure Hiring" statusesPrepare candidate shortlists and complete candidate screening formsContact selected candidates and check their eligibility for the apprenticeship or internshipContact other shortlisted candidates if the initial selection does not agree to the apprenticeship/internshipQualificationsStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated planning and organization skillsPerformance and process drivenSense of initiativeData collection and analysis skillsMinimum Bac +2 in Human Resources , Business or related field (not mandatory).French and good command of EnglishBenefitsAn inspiring working environment in which you, together with your team and colleagues, will make a difference for our customersBuilding an amazing career with a world leader company in recruitmentAttractive salary, supplemented by a thorough benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
