What are your accountabilities ? The R&D “Integrated Solutions Program Management Office” team is hiring a Program Manager for Core Assets. This team oversees and manages the development of bioMérieux’s portfolio of IT, analytics, and connectivity commercial solutions. These solutions are the cornerstone of the company’s ambitions in data and IT, and they support bioMérieux’s strategy in the fight against antimicrobial resistance. You will lead and coordinate the lifecycle of IT components (Core Assets) and monitor their integration within bioMérieux systems and solutions. Key responsibilities will include : Defining and tracking the objectives and roadmap for the “Core Assets” domain Managing the lifecycle of components and ensuring communication, particularly regarding obsolescence Interacting with all clinical and industrial product lines to ensure roadmap alignment Establishing and leading the cross-functional “Program Decision Committee” Defining and managing resources and expenditures budget for the domain in collaboration with operational managers Contributing to the development of the strategic plan What is your profile? Strong leadership, teamwork skills, and excellent verbal and written communication in a multicultural environment Proactivity, agility, and adaptability to change are key assets for this role Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for success in this position Master’s degree in project management or general engineering degree Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing software development projects or programs Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (system security principles, risk management, existing standards) Understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures Agile methodologies knowledge (SCRUM, Kanban) is a plus bioMérieux welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
