HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.Job DescriptionAs part of EUSPA, you will have the following responsibilities:Support the preparation and follow-up activities for the EU space programme components in the domain of security operations.Support to GSMC operations preparation and to non-real-time activities in direct support of GSMC operations.Support to the development and maintenance of the Operational documentation including Service Operation Organisations, operational policies, operational concepts for new functionalities and crisis response scenarios in support of Council Decision 2021/698.Create & maintain PRS operational procedures applicable to the GSMC operations during their lifetime, contributing to its validation and training.Create & maintain the Security monitoring and Cybersecurity procedures applicable to the GSMC operations during their lifetime contributing to its validation and training.Support the anomaly handling process related to the PRS from an operation perspective. Creation and follow up of anomalies.Support the anomaly handling process related to the Security Monitoring and Cyber Security. Creation and follow up of anomalies from an operational perspective.Support the coordination of operators’ trainings & certification, exercises, tests and related activities.Support the planning and coordination of activities (LTP/MTP/STP).Identify and assist in developing use cases and improvements for the Security Operations team.Supporting the EUSPA Operational Analysts in the execution and management of real-time and non-real time operations with approved operational tools and in line with SOM missions for Galileo (PRS, Security Monitoring, Cyber and CD698) and other EU Space Programme operations.Support the development of operational and security vision for Galileo and other EU Space Programme evolutions.Support Operational reporting and generation of operational products in line with SOM missions for Galileo (PRS, Security Monitoring, cyber and CD698) and other EU Space Programme operations.Support the conception management and deployment of improvements on operational tools.Support the preparation of plans, organisation and conduct of exercises involving internal and external Programme Component stakeholders included in the operational framework organisation and the Council Decision 2021/698.Support the operational lessons learnt process execution and the development and deployment of improvement for security operations, including the new operational tools.Support the development of synergies and integration among the different mission of the SOM department and EUSPA, facilitating the creation and enrichment of service and operational products.QualificationsYou will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:Master’s in aerospace engineering or a relevant discipline;4 years of experience in security operations;Experience is Galileo is a big advantage;Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.Additional InformationThis job can be located in Prague, Toulouse or Paris.If you think you have what it takes for this job, please send your CV (in English and in Word or PDF) to Leandros Foteinias, by clicking on the button “Apply for this job.”An exciting and dynamic international working environment awaits youInclusive and committed employer, our company works every day to combat all forms of discrimination and promote a respectful working environment.
