HCL Technologies Microsoft Business Applications Practice is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our award-winning global team. The Power Platform Solution Architect carries responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project, and should be comfortable in all aspects of delivery. Job Title: Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, support development teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives while adhering to Agile practices. Key Responsibilities Design high-level solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform components. Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, Rough Order Estimates (ROE), and Statements of Work (SOW). Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure solutions align with Agile methodologies and best practices. General Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Skilled in advising and supporting development teams. Familiarity with Agile working practices. Proficient in creating ROE and SOW documentation. Primary Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components. Power Automate Dataverse SharePoint Proven experience with Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Understanding of MS Co-Pilot integration. Strong grasp of solution architecture principles. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions. Ability to create scalable, maintainable architectures. Experience in content creation and community engagement. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently. French & English language proficiency (mandatory). Nice to Have Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies. Experience in enterprise-level solution architecture.
