Position Business Analyst Role Job Summary Support the sales, marketing, and S&T teams by providing real‑time, historical, and predictive sales performance data, and partner with commercial reporting needs. Responsibilities Analyze profitability and pricing through comprehensive product and logistics P&Ls Drive forecast and budgeting exercise Provide ad hoc analysis for a wide 'control tower' scope Run analysis for sales management (rebate schemes, price negotiations, etc.) Run analysis for cluster marketing (price range, cluster strategy, NPD business case) Analyze client / product profitability Produce sales KPIs – volume/price/mix analysis; order book, book‑to‑bill, gross margin Support commercial incentive plan set‑up and calculations Site & product rationalization, optimization, and market case studies Manage CRM initiatives as key user to advance customer‑centric objectives Competencies And Expertise Key competencies Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities Exceptional understanding of commercial KPIs and revenue & profitability drivers Financial planning & analysis skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, define & push new goals Result‑oriented, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, solution orientation Advocate for data integrity Management and manipulation of large & complex data sets, basic database knowledge Ideal background / experience Previous experience in controlling, FPA, other analytical roles Strategy experience is an added advantage Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Data Studio) Typical profile Commercial or business controller background Financial analyst or similar position preferred 5 years of experience Position Type Full time, Permanent EEO Statement IMERYS is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
